DC’s Man of Steel , Henry Cavill is the Witcher!

Wow...ecstatic, among the other choices contending for the famous CD Projekt Red male protagonist that we played in the Witcher game series adaptation was Vikings lead Travis FImmel, Arrow's Stephen Amell, Mads Mikkelsen, LOTR's Viggo Mortensen, GoT's Nikolaj Coster-Woldau, and a select others can be seen here on IGN's website

This is a massive step-forward for Netflix’s Witcher series. It will be scripted and produced by Lauren Schmidt Hissrich all based on the fantasy novels by Andrzej Sapkowski rather than the insanely popular video game adaptations by CD Projekt Red—Cavill confirmed the casting on his Instagram page this morning.

Regardless of the step-forward what we do know is the show is based on the novel adaptations. Therefore the Witcher Game that I and thousands of others are familiar with maybe in disappointment. The casting questions beg who will play Yennefer? Who will portray Triss? The Witcher pantheon of characters surrounding Geralt are just as important as the Witcher himself.

I am in high hopes this Netflix show plans will come to fruition, however, the main protagonist is solidifed and for once a male centered character.  Lately in film and television, the SJW has been all to prominent. Let's see if Netflix casting will inspire the series to production.

SKYRIM! Bethesda Game is a Masterpiece, Testament of Time! Another Dragonborn Adventure!

SKYRIM! Bethesda Game is a Masterpiece, Testament of Time! Another Dragonborn Adventure!

Skyrim the Bethesda hit of 2011 still lives on and strong in 2018!

The reason being is Bethesda's release of the Special Edition and soon VR, now players can render the game in 4K textures and atmospheres look a lot more pleasing to the eye (even in the vanilla 2k version) yet, this is not enough! Bethesda's smash hit and one can argue, a masterpiece, is due to the independence of the PC modding community found on such sites as Nexusmods. In the PC world games like Skyrim stands the test of time, as most games fall off the planet and the market in a few months. Most game titles barely last a year and this includes RPGs. Whether FPS, RTS, MMORPGs, this Skyrim RPG stands alone as a super phenomenon on YouTube, Reddit, and modding sites which, solidified the legitimacy of Skyrim. One such YouTuber will definately inspire a Dragonborn to re-visit Skyrim over and over again: MxR Mods Channel. His videos get massive multi-viral video views and I am happy for his YouTube channel success.

A new Dragonborn needs to venture to the YouTube channels and one can experience a whole new different game-play every time you start a new game! Ranting about how amazing Skyrim is one has to not be cheap, go on Steam and purchase the game for $19.99! The market-value of Skyrim stands the test of time especially, in the gaming world as most games are released, played for a year and in the next year a sequel is marketed.

Bethesda has enough bragging rights to be proud of Skyrim and Bethesda recently marketed the Special Edition and VR. This re-marketing value of a 7-year-old game will continue to create sub-content for YouTubers, mod developers, streamers, about the game and continue to create viral works from Skyrim content.

WHAAAAT???? MODS ON CONSOLES??? Eurogamer.net

Of course there are those platforms that continue to be resistant and snobbish. Sony PlayStation can suck a fucking fat dick because they refuse to open up their console to the modding community. Perhaps it is the algorithms involved in coding to PlayStation, however, this is why Xbox One commands a stronger "creative" community. People may deny the simple fact that consoles are not as powerful platforms as the PC and limit the creativity of the gamer. Yes, most PC gamers are bragging master-race fucks ( I am one) but they have every reason to talk shit because Xbox One opened-up to the modding community and PlayStation has not!

Nevertheless, I am not sure about the aspiring Dragonborns out there but every time I play through this game, I find something different than my previous play-through. Here is another reason that I keep busting nuts over Skyrim!

CD Projekt Red‘s Witcher characters have been blessed by their developer to be utilized. Witcher character skins, voice-overs, spells and attack techniques from the Witcher franchise modded into Skyrim! The Witcher 3 I am also a busting-nut fan and in its own right one can say The Witcher 3 is a masterpiece too, released in 2015. I could go on and on Dragonborns but this game stands the test of time and is definitely a masterpiece in its own right!

Women in Gaming Spotlight: GeekandGamerGirl Twitch Personality 2016

The University of Southern California Interactive Media and Games Division has always supported the role of women in gaming. Especially women, like Jessie James, whom I had the complete honor of interviewing at E3 2016. I really need to stress and point out that Jessie a.k.a. "GeekandGamerGirl" does not use sex appeal to grab an audience. Twitch.Tv has been a phenomena for the past 5 years since their launch in 2011. Now Twitch is the official broadcaster of many gaming events like E3.

What I really respect Jessie for is her steadfast ability to not use the female physique to grab viewers. Instead her streams focus on actual gaming content. Jessie is an actual gamer. Meaning she is a true 100 percent gaming-chick with a solid personality and the ability to actually explain what she is doing while playing. Not many can do this. This is why Jessie is in our spotlight for Women in Gaming! The great thing about Jessie is that she does not have to get "carried" sort-of-speak, by other gaming people behind the scenes. If you watch carefully on other streamers, they use sex-appeal and other gaming pro's to make the Twitch stream "look" good. Not all personalities do this but as a viewer, I recommend to really take a look at who you donate to and try not to fall into that dupe of heavy make-up. Literally some streamers take advantage of the geek culture and there can be problems.

GeekandGamerGirl is a genuine personality from Sydney, Australia. Her accent not only makes her appealing to view, it is also the content that she chooses to stream. While interviewing, Jessie explained she grew-up around classic systems like SEGA, Nintendo, and 90's PC games. What I enjoyed about our meeting is how GEEKY we got discussing classic game consoles AND classic PC games. Yes, this girl knows her PC's. Unlike other personalities on Twitch, GeekandGamerGirl knows her gear. This showed when Microsoft invited Jessie to E3 2016 as a special guest! Jessie's knowledge and perseverance are her greatest strengths and she has marketed, developed, and produced her own content. This is admirable. She did not need any major studio to help her along.

Witcher 3 really is a stellar RPG

Been alll too silently past few months as I have been working my ass off in the sun at my primary job to support THIS job...In all honesty I truly would love to just be a lazy fuck and play video games all day long, review them, and hire random hot girls to sit in the background streaming on Twitch.

Seems to be the trend these days.

All in all I missed PAX 2015, atleast one of the many PAX events throughout the year. Aside from that and my primary work life I have a few hours in the day to sit down and actually enjoy a good...no G R E A T game, the Witcher 3. Got it updated to the latest version and patched-up for my PC so all going well! Hooked up the ol' Xbox 360 controller to the wireless USB adapter and sat back and enjoyed the White Wolf Geralt in this massive RPG.

Fuck this game is so well written and I barely finished ACT I. I am choosing to romance Yennefer in this play-through and had to say a heartfelt goodbye to Triss Merigold, whom was a main romance in the previous Witcher games.

I leave for Chicago for 3 weeks and when I come back, I will enter more entries, update, and finish/play the shit out of Witcher 3 in time for Fallout 4. Summer is going by fast and right after my business trip to Chicago, its Comikaze with Stan LeeeeEEee!!!....see you all soon (like anybody gives a shit).

In the end NICE FUCKING JOB CD PROJEKT
